Prices displayed on the website, including calculator-generated estimates, are for general guidance unless expressly stated otherwise. Final pricing may depend on manuscript length, page count, book size, binding, paper specifications, colour requirements, quantity, editing/design/distribution/marketing needs, shipping, taxes, and third-party charges.
A final quotation may therefore differ from an online estimate and will become applicable according to the terms specified in the quotation/service agreement.
Any page-count, printing-cost or per-copy calculation displayed on the website is an estimate. Actual page count may change after formatting and typesetting. Actual printing costs may change because of paper, size, binding, colour, page count, quantity, printing method, shipping, taxes and other specifications.
The final quotation issued by Axiom Press will prevail over an automated website estimate.
Payments must be made through the payment method specified by Axiom Press. Where applicable:

The author is responsible for ensuring that material submitted to Axiom Press:
The author is responsible for obtaining permission for copyrighted material belonging to third parties.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, the author remains responsible for and retains ownership of their original manuscript and intellectual property rights. Axiom Press does not automatically acquire ownership of an author's manuscript merely because the author purchases publishing services.
However, the exact rights, licences or permissions required for a particular publishing/distribution service will be governed by the applicable written agreement. Authors should carefully review any separate publishing, distribution or service agreement before accepting it.
By submitting content, the author represents that they have the necessary rights, permissions and authority to submit the material for the requested services. The author agrees to indemnify Axiom Press to the extent permitted by applicable law for claims arising from the author's unlawful or unauthorized content, including third-party intellectual-property claims caused by the author's material.
Editing and proofreading are professional services intended to improve the quality and presentation of a manuscript. Axiom Press does not guarantee that editing will eliminate every possible grammatical, typographical, factual or stylistic issue. The author remains responsible for reviewing and approving the final manuscript.
Cover designs are prepared according to the agreed creative brief. The number of revisions, where applicable, will depend on the selected service/package or quotation.
The author is responsible for providing accurate information regarding Author name, Book title, Subtitle, Genre, Copyright information, and other required cover details. Final approval by the author is required before publishing/printing wherever applicable.
Formatting may affect the final page count. The final page count will be determined after formatting and author approval. Printing and publishing specifications may depend on the final approved files.
Printing is subject to the specifications approved by the author. Minor variations in colour, paper appearance and printing may occur because of printing processes, paper batches, screens and other technical factors. Printing quantities, production timelines and shipping arrangements will be governed by the applicable quotation/order.
Authors are responsible for reviewing and approving final proof files where a proof/approval process is provided. Once final approval has been provided, Axiom Press will not be responsible for author-approved typographical, formatting or content errors except where required by applicable law.
Where a printing defect is attributable to the printer or Axiom Press, the matter will be reviewed and an appropriate remedy may be provided depending on the circumstances.
ISBN-related assistance or registration services are subject to applicable ISBN rules and procedures. An ISBN does not guarantee sales, rankings, distribution, reviews or commercial success.
Where distribution services are provided, Axiom Press may use third-party retailers, distributors or publishing platforms. Availability, listing, pricing, acceptance, territory, delivery and sales are subject to the policies and technical requirements of those third parties.
Axiom Press cannot guarantee a specific number of sales, bestseller status, Amazon ranking, retailer acceptance, guaranteed reviews, guaranteed revenue, or guaranteed worldwide availability.
Ebook preparation and distribution may be subject to the technical specifications and policies of individual ebook platforms. Different platforms may display or format ebooks differently. Axiom Press does not guarantee identical presentation across every device or platform.
Marketing services may include social-media promotion, advertising support, promotional creatives, author/book promotion, and campaign consultation. Marketing services do not guarantee sales, profit, bestseller status, reviews, rankings, media coverage, or specific audience size.
Any specific marketing deliverables will be defined in the applicable quotation or service agreement.
Estimated timelines provided by Axiom Press are indicative unless a specific delivery date is expressly agreed in writing. Delays may occur because of author revisions, delayed approvals, third-party platforms, printing delays, shipping, technical issues, government/ISBN procedures, or force majeure events.
The author may be required to approve manuscript edits, book cover, interior formatting, metadata, pricing, distribution details, and final print files. Axiom Press may rely on the author's approval for proceeding with the next stage.
Axiom Press may assist authors with third-party publishing, retail, distribution or payment platforms. Those platforms are independent businesses and have their own terms, fees, policies and technical requirements. Axiom Press is not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms.
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, website content may occasionally contain errors, outdated information or technical inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct, modify or update website content without prior notice.
Page-count, printing-cost and other calculators are provided for convenience. They are estimates only and should not be treated as final quotations. The final quotation issued by Axiom Press will prevail.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Axiom Press Refund & Cancellation Policy and/or the applicable service agreement. Services that have already been substantially completed, customized or delivered may not be eligible for refund except where required by applicable law or specifically agreed in writing. Third-party charges may be non-refundable where the relevant third party has already charged or incurred the amount.
Axiom Press will take reasonable steps to protect confidential information provided by authors in connection with their publishing projects. Specific confidentiality obligations may be governed by a separate agreement where required.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Axiom Press shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or services. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the author agrees to indemnify and hold Axiom Press harmless from claims, losses, damages or expenses arising from unauthorized content submitted by the author, copyright or trademark infringement caused by the author's material, defamatory or unlawful content supplied by the author, or breach of the author's obligations under the applicable agreement.
Axiom Press may suspend or terminate services where payments remain unpaid, the author provides unlawful material, the author materially breaches the service agreement, continuing the service would create legal or security concerns, or the author engages in abusive, fraudulent or threatening conduct.
Axiom Press shall not be responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, governmental restrictions, internet outages, major technical failures, strikes, transportation disruptions or third-party platform failures.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts/authorities having jurisdiction in Gurugram, Haryana, India. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory statutory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
Axiom Press may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be published on the website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
